Hi guys,

GENERAL FICTION:

AFTERMATH by Pink Rabbit Productions
Set immediately after the events in THE DELIVERER, this vignette has a troubled Xena watching over Gabrielle as the bard sleeps restlessly, struggling with nightmares.

OLYMPIAD by Kaiser
The conclusion of this story is now available. The tale has Xena and the Gabster agreeing to protect an arrogant star athlete headed for the Olympic competitions who's supposedly being stalked by assassins. This is well-written, combines a little bit of subtext with a bit of maintext and has some VERY funny moments. It reads quite a bit like a TV episode.

ALTERNATIVE FICTION:

THE TREATY by B L Miller
A clever new offering from this talented writer finds Xena and Gabrielle back in Amazonia where the bard takes the reins as queen in the negotiations with neighboring villagers for some land both sides are claiming rights to. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees with Gabrielle's handling of the matter and to change her mind they are willing to go to any lengths. Once again B.L. combines drama, suspense and humor into a story that is nicely written and thoroughly entertaining. I particularly enjoyed her characterization of Argo in this tale ;-) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

For those of you reading this post who are not familiar with the term alternative (alt.), it refers to ADULT stories that add a romantic element to the relationship between Xena and Gabby, depicting them as more than just friends.
