Promising new story that has Xena and Gabrielle being tracked by a deadly assassin - a man with connections to Xena's past - a killer who has never hesitated to do his job until the instant he looks into the innocent eyes of a young bard and suddenly finds his world turned inside out. Mysterious and well-written.
