DISEMBODIED by Kristian S. Fischer
The latest entry in the INFINITY SERIES begun by Redhawk, this new offering by Kristian continues the tale of the immortal Xena and her beloved Rickie as they enjoy a quiet time in Portland, reveling in their love and remembering moments from their life together over two thousand years ago. It's a quiet time that is soon interrupted when an old friend of Xena pays them a visit, warning of dangers drawing near and a game about to begin all over again for the ancient warrior. Kristian does a nice job with the treatment of the Xena/Rickie pairing maintaining the sense of commitment and deep love it's had throughout the series. Good action sequence in this. - 20 pgs., 1/5/99

**DIVINE INTERVENTION by Georgia
MARVELOUS new story from a very talented bard, this time offering us a deeply moving, riveting look at the events immediately following the episode SACRIFICE II. As a heart-broken Xena travels to Amazonia to deliver the news of her beloved bard's death, an infuriated Artemis decides to get even with brother Ares for daring to influence the life of an Amazon Queen. Meanwhile, in the depths of a very dark hole, an injured bard languishes with the child she gave birth to...a child whose heart is finally revealed as death seems to come for them both. Some wonderfully poignant moments in a well-crafted story that touches upon many of the most significant aspects of the rift and its aftermath. Featuring terrific characterizations, this is one you wont want to put down. A MUST READ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! - 25 pgs., 9/28/98

DIVORCE AMAZON STYLE by T. Novan
The Unthinkable has happened in part 79 of the RAISING MELOSA SERIES and the Amazon Queen wants nothing to do with her consort. Well...almost nothing ;-) Interesting change of direction in this one. - 6 pgs., 10/3/99
